About Me
LMC - Layla Marie Cotton
After working for the same company for 23 years, I decided that I wanted to be in control of my life. I took a bold and risky step and resigned from the comfort of life as I knew it. Some people thought I was crazy and others helped me gain the confidence to start my own business. I needed the flexibility to work in a family friendly environment where I could have my 100 year old granddaddy or my children around at any time. So in January 2020 LMC Admin Agency was born.
Family
I have three children. Mia, my oldest attends PA school in TN. She was a 4 year college volleyball athlete and earned two D2 Conference Carolina Championship rings. Eva is my sweet middle child and she works for LMC Admin Agency. She loves animals and is living the farm life in FL. Cameron is the baby of the family and also now the tallest. He keeps us constantly laughing with his loving and outgoing personality. If I have a day off you can probably guess that we will be at one of his favorite places, Disney or Universal.

This is me, my dad and my granddaddy standing on the shores of Iwo Jima, with Mount Suribachi in the background. My granddaddy fought in the battle of Iwo Jima. Iwo Jima is only open one day per year and I was lucky enough to make this trip with my hero. He traveled half way around the world at 98 years old to pay respect to his comrades lost on Iwo's black sand. My life changed forever the moment I stood on Mount Suribachi where the first flag was raised in February 1945. I have been humbled by the Greatest Generation. Granddaddy passed away July 3, 2022 and I will be forever grateful to have had him for so many years.
